CUNY Student Forms

You can now verify your FAFSA documents electronically!

Each year when you apply for financial aid, you have a chance of being selected for a process called verification. This process is required by the U.S. Department of Education in an effort to ensure the accuracy of financial aid applications.

Students that have been selected in the past have had to collect specific forms and tax documents and submit them to your campus Financial Aid Office in person, via fax or by mail – but now, students can easily complete their forms and upload their documents online from their phone, tablet, or computer!
