John Jay College

For those who are new, welcome to John Jay, and for those who are returning, welcome back to the new academic year. I am honored to serve as your Student Council President because this year we plan to make sure that you experience many different events around our great campus. Over the recent summer break, Student Council has worked diligently in implementing many of the recommendations leftover to us from last year’s Students.

In this year, my team and I are going to go in front you, the student, so we can listen to all your recommendations that you may want to be implemented for the upcoming year. If you have any thoughts or suggestions on improving the quality of life on our campus, please let us know, so take the time to visit our office at L2.69.00 NB, and attend our student town hall meetings or simply talk with a Student Council Representative. They will be able to provide you with directions to utilizing many of the resources that we have available here at the college. Also, if you want to keep up with the rhythm of Student Council, join one of our many social media: Twitter, Instagram or Facebook. All of our social media will make sure that you are up to date with Student Council events, policy changes throughout the school, and many more, so make sure you take sometime today to add yourself to one of social media.

One last thing, Students of John Jay, we are not just individual students attending a particular campus, but WE ARE JOHN JAY, and have a great semester.
